Thom has called Lawrence home for nearly two decades, first putting down roots in East Lawrence in 2007. A graduate of Columbia University with training in architecture and urban design, Thom teaches urban planning at the University of Kansas, giving him a rare, informed perspective on how neighborhoods actually work.

Thom's background shows up in the way he serves clients. He has served on the Affordable Housing Advisory Board and the Multi-Modal Transportation Commission, and he leads Park(ing) Day Lawrence each year, work that reflects his deep commitment to housing, neighborhoods, and community development. For Thom, real estate is about more than transactions. He is passionate about helping clients find not just the right house, but the right place to call home.

When he's not teaching or helping clients, Thom can be found hanging out around town with his wife and son.
